New Patient Information

We welcome you to Cancer & Blood Specialists of Arizona. We serve the communities of Casa Grande as an outpatient treatment clinic for patients diagnosed with cancer and blood disorders. Our Board-certified physicians are committed to providing quality, evidenced-based medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgery and hematology care.

Our physicians have deep roots in the communities they serve and are proud of providing a full range of exceptional oncology and hematology services, delivering care that is of the highest quality and customized for the needs of each individual patient.

New Patient Appointments

For new patient appointments please consult your Primary Care Physician or Specialty Physician for a referral.  You may become our patient through a physician’s referral, transfer or self-referral.  We also welcome the opportunity to provide second opinions.  An initial diagnosis can be stressful, we strive to keep waiting times for an appointment to a minimum.  Be assured that our exceptional physicians will do their very best to help you.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

To better serve you during your visit, we ask that you bring a list of your medications, prior illnesses, surgeries, digital images of previous scans, and allergies. Always bring your insurance card and let us know whenever you change your address, telephone number, employment, marital status or insurance. We accept most major insurance plans.

During your initial office visit, you will have the opportunity for an open conversation with your physician. You will learn about your treatment options, what they involve, any potential side effects and how our team will guide and support you.

2026 Insurance Changes

Please be advised that our practice has received communication indicating that several insurance products currently available on the Arizona health insurance market will be discontinued in 2026.

If you are enrolled in one of the health insurance plans/products listed below, you may have already received a letter from your insurance provider announcing the upcoming changes for 2026. If you have not, we strongly recommend contacting your insurance plan’s Member Services line and/or your insurance broker to request confirmation.

If you currently have, or intend to make, changes to your insurance coverage for 2026, please notify us as soon as possible. This will allow us to continue providing you with the highest quality care with no interruptions.
